The annual IDA Conference begins today in Chicago, IL, and an award-winning documentary has been a special conference feature for two consecutive years.
Read Me Differently, a film by Sarah Entine, explores three generations of Entine’s own family as they learn to understand each other’s learning difficulties and accept one another.
The film uses candor, vulnerability, and a touch of humor in order to portray the strain on familial relationships caused by dyslexia and ADHD, and how these struggles can be overcome. This movie is sure to spark insightful thoughts and conversation about learning disabilities and family dynamics.
