Meet successful dyslexic and culinary genius Chef Marco Pierre White. Once called the Godfather of modern cooking, Chef White was, at the time, the world's youngest chef to have ever been awarded 3 Michelin stars.
His list of accolades is lengthy: in 2007, he played the role of Head Chef on the TV series "Hell's Kitchen," and is most famous for having trained Chef Gordon Ramsay, also of "Hell’s Kitchen," "MasterChef," and "Kitchen Nightmares."
In an interview with the London Evening Standard, Chef White discusses the impact his undiagnosed dyslexia had on his career choices, and how his experience is helping him parent a son who is also affected by the disorder.
