Despite having struggled with a learning disability all of her life, Michelle was able to succeed in school with the help of supportive parents and tutors. But after unsuccessfully completing two years at two different colleges, Michelle found her fit at Landmark College, where assistive technology helped her pursue an associate’s degree with a Concentration in Education.
She is currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in Special Education at Ohio University so she can become a tutor for children with learning disabilities like herself.
