He got kicked out from several schools because he would act out his aggressions, not do his studies, and use violence. Eventually after much testing, the student was enrolled in the Barton Program and has found much success. Now he can read out loud in class and does not worry about doing so.

One student's life with dyslexia

The video chronicles her life from when her parents were informed that she was profoundly retarded in 4th grade up until the present when Ryann is in law school and doing well. A reading specialist diagnosed Ryann with dyslexia and she attended a new school with one-on-one help and parent support at home. Her mom talks about the steps they took along the way and Ryann reveals several coping strategies.
