Join the Bi-Partisan Congressional Dyslexia Caucus

Back in May, two representatives to Congress formed a Bi-Partisan Congressional Dyslexia Caucus to spread awareness about the learning disability.

Pete Stark, California, and Bill Cassidy, Louisiana, came together to form the caucus as a way of working across party lines to educate the public about dyslexia. They hope to find policies that will improve educational and career opportunities for people with dyslexia and continue to improve on these policies. As parents of children with dyslexia, they find this cause important and understand the challenges faced trying to overcome the disability.

They wrote a letter to other representatives in hopes they would join. You can learn more about the caucus and read the letter over at NCLD.
