Often times it’s difficult to type on a touch-screen tablet or smartphone, especially if the screen is very small. You can’t feel the keys and sometimes you type a wrong letter or two.
Tactus realizes this difficulty and has created a solution —a technology that turns a flat tablet screen into a keyboard with bumpy buttons. Based in California, Tactus created this technology, called a Tactile Layer, and it can be easily integrated into tablets, smartphones, and even gaming devices. The technology replaces the cover glass—the top layer of the screen—of any touch-screen device so you can have the bumpy keyboard for easy, fast typing on anything.
